I have a right adnexal ovarian cystic lesion measuring 11.2x10.9x7.7 cm. may reflect a large endometrioma. Sml Amt free fluid in culdesac. How bad is?
Need firm dx: MRI can be helpful to firm up the diagnosis of endometrioma and be an adjunct to ultrasound. MRI may find other lesions. Decisions as to how to proceed require clinical correlation and advice of GYN. ...Read more

You need to increase whatever you do to manage your acne -- benzoyl peroxide, retinoic acid derivatives, prescription-strength medicine from your physician. It's not pleasant, but be persistent with it until it remits on its own. Trying to figure out what makes acne flares is almost never helpful. ...Read more
CT scan shows I have a cystic teratoma/dermoid cyst with an additional 3.5 cm rounded fluid attenuation mass within R pelvis abutting the above mass.

I don't see a question posed, so please specify what is worrying you about the CT scan report. A teratoma is a (usually) benign tumor or growth. Fluid around the teratoma ("abutting the mass") is not unusual, & could also be b9. TTYD or use HealthTap Pr ...Read more
Mom (46y/o) has small, hard, circular immovable&painless lump on the forehead which appeared during her 20s & diagnosis multiple benign cyst on breast. Help.
Tricky: not quite sure of the question. ithout an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, Dermatologic conditions are hard to evaluate without seeing them in person. if the lump is pigmented, some risk of it developing into a cancer. If not pigmented not sure that's even possible. Benign cysts in the breast are not a risk factor of cancer ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
