Not sure one can: pin the symptoms on ruptured ovarian cyst, but pregnancy will cause those symptoms. Check the pregnancy test. If negative, check it again in 1 week. Depends on cyst: Hmm...Don't know what cyst you are talking about. In general the stomach does not get cysts. The kidneys and the liver do. I guess if a cyst in these other places are big enough to push on the stomach, it can cause acid by pushing your stomach up. Not sure if this answers your question.
