Is it normal to feel 1 lymph node in neck? Its like more flat oval... Couple mm big. Just never felt it before. Went to ENT twice- he says im ok-

Can be hard to tell: inflamed lumps like you mentioned can be difficult to tell apart clinically. A lymph node that is swollen is usually deeper in the tissue and the surface skin looks normal.
