There are options: I would need much more information to discuss your specific situation. Generally, if the cyst and endometrium are stable they can be followed with sonography (ultrasounds) , and a D&C and hysteroscopy can always be done under anesthesia if there is that much concern. ...Read more

Flax seed: People use it for menopausal symptoms and increase cholesterol. As for menopausal symptoms there are no randomized study that proves its effect. Flax seed migth be good for your since it contains omega 3, as for menopause it has no proven record of that. No effect on fibroids or ovarian cyst. ...Read more

Could be: These findings a very non-specific. If there is a chance you might be pregnant then an eary gestational sac is a consideration which you could test with a urine pregnancy test. Endometrial cysts do also happen although i might suspect not that common. ...Read more

Endometrial hyperpla: She has what's called Endometrial hyperplasia & dysfunctional uterine bleeding caused by continuous estrogen stimulation to the uterus. She needs gyne referral, & likely a D&C procedure to treat the bleeding & to screen for endometrial carcinoma (Cancer) which this hyperplasia can predispose to.
