Cyst Behind Knee Cap
I have a cyst behind my knee cap that keeps causing my knee to pop in and out when I crouch down or kneel. Was told there wasn't much I can do for it?
Discuss with orthopedic surgeon sometimes they can can rpovide medical treatment or drain cysts.. Also an MRI may define the anatomy and type better. F/u with orthopedics

If you have not had an MRI I recommend you request one. It sounds like you may have a tear in one or multiple tendons, ligaments, or meniscus. If so, you will need surgery to clean the knee out so to speak and repair the damage. In the meantime you can request a steroid injection for the pain and inflammation.
