Be careful!: Even non-pregnant people need to be very cautious combining Wellbutrin with either of those medications - seizure risk is increased as well as other risks. All anti-depressant seem to result in weight gain for some folk - even ones that cause loss in others. In your case - definitely work w/ your OBGYN to be safe. Agree- quite weight: neutral. According to a study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry the average weight gain was 0.1% after > 1 year on zoloft. 4.5% people treated with zoloft had a significant weight gain in one study. Savella may be of value in pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia, and seems to also be less troublesome. A possible alternative to gabapentin could be Grailise or Horizant, and due to duration of action may be also less weight gain.
