Indirectly: First, see your provider to rule out cardio-vascular issues. If all is fine it may be that your emotional distress is leading to somatic symptoms. Tightening muscles might create such pain and perhaps a therapist can teach skills to manage your feelings better. Also, the missed doses might have started some w/drawal effects. Anti-depressant meds I have been on anti-depressants previously. In 2006-2008 i was on wellbrutin, then prozac, then cymbalta. I am depressed again - would the last med (cymbalta) i took be the best choice at this time.
