Be careful: If you are female aerobic exercise is really not your friend. Stress responses lower estrogen levels and the stimuli for ovulation (fsh). Our society pushes aerobic exercise on everyone. Are : Are you eating enough a few hours before your spinning class? If not you may be dealing with hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). This can cause the symptoms you described.
