Fungus: Skin fungus most likely. But could be allergic reaction to new soap, deodorant? Try any OTC cream for athletes foot. Apply THIN film twice a day for a week. If it gets better it is fungus. Then continue cream twice a day until rash gone. Then once a day for 1 more week. If no better after 1 week of cream, see doctor. Also no shaving until resolved. Sorry. Makes it worse.
