Since last month I have felt itchiness the whole body. I tried anti-histamine drugs but it can't cure, just symptomatic. It does not have apparently no rush, redness at the time of itching. Plz give me an advice.

See a doctor: Did you have laparoscopic surgery with an incision near the umbilicus? N\you need to see a doctor to see if you have some type of skin infection that needs to be treated with oral antibiotics. Since you are one year after appendectomy, it would seem highly unlikely that a problem would occur at the umbilicus now due to the prior surgery. ...Read more

Likely not related: May have infection of the skin around the umbilicus (belly button). Less commonly a congenital remnant called a urachus can get infected and drain into the belly button. Best to see your doctor. ...Read more

Red rash around nose: Dry, red, itchy rash around nose could be seborrheic dermatitis or perioral dermatitis. They are treated differently. Topical steroid creams that help seborrheic dermatitis would make perioral dermatitis significantly worse. Heavy moisturizers can make perioral dermatitis worse too.
