I am experiencing hand pain, finger pain, hand weakness, wrist weakness, arm pain, arm numbness, arm weakness and severe pain in extremity. The following also describe me: Numbness or tingling, Loss of strength, and Hand numbness. What should I do?

Tell your doctor...: After 3 weeks from an ankle sprain, symptoms should have subsided if you've been properly examined and treated. If scar tissue formed in the area, you may be getting compression on an adjacent nerve. Get your ankle examined properly. An mri/ct would probably be best to examine the soft tissue.
