Potrate: Mb6 solution does not contain vitamin b2 (riboflavin), as far as i can tell. It does contain vitamin b6 (has multiple forms, but pyridoxal phosphate is active & involved in many metabolic reactions). Safe to take lorazepam w/ nature made magnesium supplement(mag ox, cellulose gel, croscarmellose sodium, mag stearate, silicon dioxide, stearic acid)?
Safe but not best Mg: It is totally safe but magnesium oxide is a very poorly-absorbed form of magnesium- it may work as a laxative but won't raise your magnesium levels! you would be far better off taking magnesium glycinate, taurate or citrate! see http://drcarolyndean.Com/magnesium_miracle/. ...Read more

What's the difference from magnesium elemental from magnesium Glycinate/lysinate chelated, sodium bicarbonate, and magnesium oxide?
Diff. absorption and: Magnesium always occurs as a salt in combination with other things such as chloride, oxide, glycine, citrate, taurine etc. Some forms are poorly absorbed; for example magnesium oxide is only 4% absorbed, so it does not raise magnesium much but is a good laxative. The best-absorbed are glycinate and taurate and those amino have benefits. See https://www.organicnewsroom.com/magnesium-supplements/ ...Read more

Should be.: Based on what you shared, i calculate your daily mg supplementation of about 700mg. If your kidney function is normal, this dose of mg shouldn't be an issue. Careful as too much mg can result in diarrhea. Unless you have a medical condition or are on medications that can lead to mg wasting, a healthy well-balanced diet rich in nuts, soybeans, bran should provide plenty of mg for you. ...Read more
An article says, jarrow n acetyl glucosamine 750mg, jarrow glucosamine hci mega 1000mg, jarrow niainamide cure fructose malabsorption. Is it possible
Might help, not cure: Fructose malabsorption may be caused by deficiency of glut5 (http://en.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/glut5). I found a report of someone having relief taking the 1st 2 supps you mention (http://glutenfreesoyfree.Wordpress.Com/2012/03/05/potential-cure-for-fructose-malabsorption/) they said these heal cells that produce glut5. There's no research on this but it seems possible. However, on stopping it recurred. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Depends on dose: Too much will cause diarrhea, and Magnesium Sulfate by mouth tastes bitter. 1 tablespoon of epsom salts dissolved in 6-8 oz water is a laxative dose, and it tastes quite horrible, but it is as safe as taking any other form of magnesium. There are better ways to replete magnesium. http://drfairchild.blogspot.com/2012/12/proper-thyroid-testing.html. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
