Depression: Congrats for realizing what triggers you & learning to avoid it. While you list anxiety, your "crying spells" & "feeling alone" sound like depression. Go see your Family Doc for diagnosis & treatment. Consider some sort of counseling ie cognitive behavioral therapy. Failing that, there are many antidepressants available. Blurred vision: Sorry to hear about your father & hope things are not too serious. For your vision, things to consider would be substances getting into the eyes, injury to the surface of the eyes from possible rubbing and stress from the news. Try artificial tears or eye drops to maybe cleanse the eyes, avoid rubbing eyes & if persists, see your eye doc for further evaluation. Hope this helps. ...Read more
