Not likely: Not likely. Did you squeeze your nipple or did it have discharge spontaneously? Spontaneous one is more worrisome but still more likely a hormone problem than cancer. If you squeeze it or have been scratching your nipple a lot from eczema, you could have stimulated your brain to cause breast milk production. Either way, you should see a doctor to get eczema under control and do a breast exam. ...Read more

Excema does not cause nipple discharge. She should be examined properly by an adolescent doctor or adolescent gyn.
Excema is often treated with steroids so if she has been exposed to execessive steroids that is also of concern.
