FirstCheckYourDiet: If you were older I'd suggest you go get yourself checked ASAP because those kinds of discomforts could be due to a heart problem. Much less likely at your age but not impossible. Because it's when you are eating (or after?) I'd first try and see if it is something specific I'm eating that is the cause, The acid from your stomach could be coming back up. E.R. can evaluate: Anybody who feels he has a "crushing sensation" in the chest should be evaluated in the E.R. To rule out a heart attack. Calling 911 for an ambulance ride is the safest way to go. Not sure: If you are having non sustained venticular tachycardia and crushing cp, I am surprised, they sent you home with checking ekg only?. I am not sure I have all the info. Typically CP and nsvt together we do admit pt, r/o for heart attack and then do ischemia evaluation with stress imaging or cardiac cath, if symptoms are convincing. ...Read more

Possible PVC's: Not sure based on your description. May be related to a cardiac etiology. Without other information or tests, best guess might be pvc's (premature ventricular contractions).
