I have pain underneath my shoulder blade, neck pain, crunching in my jaw and popping in my ears when I swallow, are these related?

I have pain underneath my shoulder blade, neck pain, crunching in my jaw and popping in my ears when I swallow, are these related?

Some of them YES: The shoulder area RHOMBOID muscles are enervated by nerves from the neck C 5& C6 - therefore your neck pain could be linked. An MRI may help to explain
Your jaw and ear plus swallowing could be involve but start solving the problem one step at a time
Good luck
