Likely a neg test: You have circulating antibodies that bind to 2 of the proteins on the Lyme disease panel. A high percentage of people who have never been exposed to Lyme's disease will have such antibodies. A person who is infected would be expected to have more antibodies that bind a higher percentage of the proteins in the test (>4 + IgG results, statistically). ...Read more

Mono?: Obviously, you are in a workup by someone. Keep going. Mononucleosis has some of these characteristics, though "no symptoms" would be improbable given the blood results. The old addage: "common diseases occur commonly, rare diseases occur rarely" advocates that mono might be a good bet. But, that's only a statistical perspective. ...Read more

Many possibilities: Need far more history and physical findings. This is called a fever of undetermined origin and in over 50% of cases is not due to infection. You should be seen by an infectious diseases expert and evaluated thoroughly. Do not neglect this further. You may need a bone marrow aspirate and biopsy as part of the assessment. CRPS: The answer is no. There have been a slew of newly created guidelines and in my opinion they serve to exclude those who have mild symptoms and very often these individuals go on to develop worsening features before the diagnosis is made. An experienced doctor will easily pick up crps. The big problem is that most doctors do not diagnose crps and now with the guidelines it worsens this. ...Read more

Can a person have mild and tolerable symptoms with crps? Webmd and numerous other sites state "intense burning and pain".

CPRS: Usually has intense, neuropathic pain with trophic changes in the skin. Can the symptoms be mild, yes. Need to see a doctor to be certain this cprs or just limb pain due to a pinched nerve or neuropathy without involvement of the autonomic nervous system. ...Read more
