All can be fine: This is hard to answer. It depends on the quality of the shoe, how well it fits the shape of your foot and, most importantly, how well it feels. No: Running with scissors is dangerous. Running in skechers is not. High heels and platforms are only "dangerous" in pregnancy if you fall or twist your ankle. If it is a fracture, you would be well suited to avoid exercises that put extra strain on that area such as seated military press, etc for 6-8 weeks.
