I am on Abilify, (aripiprazole) I'd like to lose weight though. Is it best to exercise (on my cross-trainer - that is falling apart - but that's another story) in the morning or at night?

I am on Abilify, (aripiprazole) I'd like to lose weight though.
Is it best to exercise (on my cross-trainer - that is falling apart - but that's another story) in the morning or at night?

Can i use Elliptical cross trainer for my workout. because u said not to do jogging and running ? is this machine is safe for disk herniated persons

I am on a low carb diet, every other day I do 40 minutes on a cross trainer and 30 minutes on a bike... Will i loose much weight this way? Or will it tone?

Focused exercise will, in general, help to tone you up, but there are many other variables. ...Read more
