Consider using "single vision "drug store" reading glasses, not progressives, at computer. They are very inexpensive, ~ $10 at flea market. Epi-LASIK: I have done over 10000 lasik cases and over 1000 prk cases. A documented, peer-reviewed study was published in 2011 showing that the lasik flap never fully heals. The consequence of this is if any lasik patient ever gets hit in the eye just right (just wrong) and the flap comes loose, there is a very brief window to get it repositioned or you'll need a corneal transplant.
