When is the best time to consume fruits so they don't turn to sugar? Eating fruits first thing inthe morning and in the evening is the worst time?
After reducing sugar and increasing fiber in my diet, i now crave sugar in the evening. How to stop the cravings?

No: In my 35 years of practice, I have never seen a case of reactive hypoglycemia. The disorder doesn't exist, if you're overweight the symptoms are a natural response to your glucose level returning to normal.
