Amenorrhea: If you began to menstruate and then stopped this is known as secondary amenorrhea and you should definitely be seen and thoroughly evaluated by a gynecologist. Something sounds seriously wrong and cannot be successfully diagnosed long-distance over the internet. Many:StartWithBasics: For starters, given GI issues, stop eating, only clear liquids, for a sev. days (standard treatment if went into a hospital). This will calm the N/V & bowel movements within 2-3 days. The HA & low BP can be related, secondary &/or at least compounded. ?BP c/w GI upset with water shift from blood stream into bowel & dehydration, thus ?
