Anything: Lots of things could cause it. I assume you have had an ultrasound to confirm that it is an intra-uterine pregnancy and not ectopic. It could be stretching of the uterus, or the ligaments. Pregnancy test.: Abdominal pain isn't a great indicator of pregnancy (it's too nonspecific). Some people who are pregnant have belly pains, and other people who are pregnant don't.
