I've had constant cramps from day of ovulation forward. This isn't my norm. Next period in 5 days. Help?

What if I have cramps all through out my cycle on my fertile period how do I know I have ovulated?

OPKs: You could use over-the-counter ovulation predictor kits which (in the US) are sold near the pregnancy test kits. They test for luteinizing hormone (LH) in your urine. Start on cycle day 11 and perform daily until you see a positive surge. Alternatively, your doctor can order a blood test (progesterone) about 7 days after ovulation.
