I'm having extremely severe menstrual cramps, pelvic pain and lower back pain 2nd day in a row. I can't stand straight. Go to er?

Low pelvic pain for 4 days that is constant. Seems different than pre-menstrual cramp pain. Period is expected in 4 days. Cause for concern?
