cramps 1 week after ovulation

Why am I still spotting and having cramps and nausea one week after ovulation? U/S shows fluid in uterus. No infection present.

Need more info

Ovulation
Usually fluid in the uterus implies blood. Not always, but often. If you aren't bleeding, then I'd wonder if you recently had a procedure that could have caused scarring of the cervical canal, preventing the blood/fluid from draining? Sometimes, ovulation isn't successful, and we get a persistent cyst that can be painful and leak fluid outside the uterus (they would have seen that on ultrasound).

Are cramps and a pulling sensation in pelvic area 6 days post ovulation a sign of pregnancy? I had sex 2 days before ovulation and 1 day after.

Mittleschmerz

Impossible to say for sure, but probably nothing unusual. Pain around ovulation is common and called mittleschmerz. It's definitely not 'pregnancy' yet, too early for reliable symptoms. Good luck!.

7 days post ovulation with stretchy cervical mucus, cramps, and sore breast. Does that mean I'll soon be getting my period?

Probably

Cervical
These all sound like preoccupation symptoms. However, they also may be early pregnancy symptoms.

TTC,6 days post ovulation.Right ovary pain, cramps, pink spotting X6 days.U/S shows uterine/cervical fluid.Labs wnl.White discharge.Thoughts?

Sounds normal

Mild_to_moderate_back_pain
The pain is probably from ovulation and the cyst that forms afterwards (corpus luteum), the spotting around ovulation is not uncommon, and given that you are TTC, intercourse might also cause spotting, and the white discharge might related to hormonal / cyclic changes or a mild vaginal yeast infection. The ultrasound findings are not specific. I would check a pregnancy test now given the pain.

Sharp pinching cramps on one side by pelvis bone. Week past ovulation and not close to period yet?

Bladder infection

Bones
Remember, if a female gets pregnant, her body does not know it till about fourteen days later. The fertilized egg has to get to and through the fallopian tubes, enter the uterus, land on a wall and then attach and begin to grow. It takes some significant growth before it is sharing the HCG hormone in levels high enough for the mother's blood to pick it up and carry it away from the uterus.

4dpo Sore boobs/nipples and burning like cramps on one side of pelvis. Had sex during ovulation week last week.

Please clarify

Ovulation
Unfortunately you failed to ask a question. But, it sounds like you are less than fourteen days since ovulation. Which means it would be physically impossible for a pregnancy to be causing your symptoms.

Is always a possibility when you have unprotected sex. Take a home pregnancy test and put your mind at ease. Good luck!

Sore boobs/nipples and burning like cramps on one side of pelvis. Had sex during ovulation week last week. Not due for period for over a week. Normal?

Infection?

Breast
As mentioned earlier these symptoms mean something, but they are not signs of pregnancy. Cramping and pain are often signs of infection or irritation. It is physically impossible to have symptoms in the pregnant female until at least fourteen days after insemination.
