Why am i still spotting and having cramps and nausea one week after ovulation? U/s shows fluid in uterus. No infection present.

Need more info: Usually fluid in the uterus implies blood. Not always, but often. If you aren't bleeding, then i'd wonder if you recently had a procedure that could have caused scarring of the cervical canal, preventing the blood/fluid from draining? Sometimes, ovulation isn't successful, and we get a persistent cyst that can be painful and leak fluid outside the uterus (they would have seen that on ultrasound). ...Read more

1 wk after ovulation i had severe cramps, backaches & constipation. Period on time but had nausea and almost passed out the day after. Pregnant?

Unlikely: If a normal period started as expected, then you are not pregnant. If this was not a 'normal' period or came at an inappropriate time, you may check a hpt again. ...Read more

Irregular period, spotting and cramps after ovulation, could i be pregnant or signs of pms? Lately i've been having irregular periods. My last one was on 11/20/2011. I had intercourse various times through out my fertile period with out protection, tryi

The : The symptoms of pregnancy are extremely variable. Some women have none and others have severe symptoms. The symptoms are also non-specific meaning that other conditions can make you feel pregnant. The pregnancy test is fairly accurate but all pregnancy tests, including blood tests, will be negative if they are obtained at the wrong time. For example, it takes about 10-11 days after ovulation before the blood test is positive and it can take 14+ days before a urine test is positive. I have seen urine tests negative when the blood test is very high, so work with your physician to be sure. I doubt that you have pms, the disease but if the symptoms persist then her is some reference material. There are web sites that have software to help you keep track (http://bit.Ly/azxy9b, http://bit.Ly/xlxjra). Your symptoms do not sound this severe, but if you track them for a couple of months, then you can reassure yourself that there is no problem or determine that there is a problem and then get help. I hop e this general information is useful. Good luck. ...Read more

A week after ovulation and white discharge has appeared as well as cramps similar to period pain. Is this a sign of successful conception?

Not symptoms : White discharge and cramping are so common and are nonspecific findings to any particular problem. Neither of these would lead me to thinking that someone has conceived. A much better approach would be to simply take a pregnancy test 7 to 10 days after intercourse. This will give you a reliable answer. ...Read more
