Cramping Toes And Pain In Ankle
I have stinging in my ankle area. Toes turn slightly blue occasionally. I also sometimes have cramping in my calf area. My ankles swell sometimes.
When I'm standing or being active for more than 4 he's my ankles swell up. Toes on my right foot go numb and cramp no matter what shoes I wear.
This can be a transient problem, but also can signify problems with heart, circulation.
IF your weight has increased in the past month this also would be a clue.
Any new meds???
Diet changed with increase of salt intake??

Issue, ie, spine lesion in the lower back. The areas you have problems with are from L1 level down to l5-s1. So get checked by pcp and possible referral to a spine doc /orthopod. You probably have arthritis (spondylitis) with some disc lesions.
Avoid bending, lifting heavyweight, including grand kids. Do regular exercises within limits of discomfort.

Is a clot, a bakers cyst is another that comes to mind. A clot is serious if present and needs to be dealt with immediately. The question is did you already have he ultrasound or not? If you didn't go get it done... And do not wait a week. If you did and it was negative, I would call the doctors office anyway explain your ina lot of pain and ask to be seen earlier.
