Probably normal: This is most likely pain that happens when your uterus starts to stretch the round ligament. The round ligament is one of the attachments of the uterus and it is under quite a bit of stretching tension as the uterus grows. Keep an eye on it. Doubtful: Implantation occurs 6-7 days after fertilization so with an fet this would've been 5 or more days ago. I am not saying you may not be pregnant, but implantation isn't happening 10 days after fet. Good luck. ...Read more

See a doctor: Has your pregnancy been confirmed inside the uterus? Possibilities for these symptoms are 1) normal, 2) tubal pregnancy, 3) hemorrhagic corpus luteum, 4) constipation. Numbers 1, 3, and 4 are not worrisome, but number 2 should be ruled out right away. ...Read more
