Belly pain: Endometriosis will cause pain on whatever side the actual deposits are and should radiate based on ur Neuro/Embrio anatomy. Not normal: Vertigo is not a normal symptom associated with menopause. Unless this has always happened to you with all of your previous cycles we can not conclude the two are related. See your primary care doctor to have an evaluation for vertigo. ...Read more
