Is it normal if i can make a sound in my ear every time? The sound "crack". It also comes when i swallowing..
No: This may be a beginning of your TMJ problem, starting with muscle disturbance. Your crackling noise is called 'crepitus', as the disc is struggling to glide over the glenoid fossa on top of your condyle. As the disc get stuck, it gives rise to condition of 'close' or 'open' lock. If it temporary stuck and then sling across, that forms a 'click', which occurs around 21mm of the mouth opening. ...Read more
What does 'fluid' in menier refer to? I can make 'click/crack' sound in my ear everytime and it sound like fluid/water...
TMJ Sounds?: The menier's syndrome is not well known to me so i can not speak on that. However the fluid that the inner ear utilizes to control balance is no where near the area were you could hear sounds produced by it. I would more likely assume that you are hearing crepitus from your temporomandibular joint. Tmj pain and noises are a very common problem for people and can present with varying symptoms. ...Read more
Likely ringworm: It is likely to be a fungus infection like ringworm or athlete's foot, but it happens behind the ears. Get medicine for athlete's foot (lotrimin (clotrimazole) is one, there are several others). Apply a little of the cream to the area and rub it in twice a day and it should clear in 3-5 days. Use the cream again at the first sign of the rash coming back. ...Read more
I yawned & heard/felt a "crack" on my right ear. Now it hurts when i open my mouth. Should i be worried?
TMJ irritation: Most likely you strained and irritated your temperomandibular joint, or tmj. It's where the jaw inserts into your skull, with tendons there. If you yawn really large, the head of the jaw may slip a little and then snap back into place, irritating the tendon. Resting the jaw (no gobstoppers) and Motrin for a few days usually helps. Contact your doc if pain continues. ...Read more

Why do I have a little ear? The other is normal. My mom abused crack alcohol and other drugs the whole time she was pregnant with me. Could that have anything to do with it?
Body symmetry: Our body symmetry is often very close but not exact. There are often different sizes & other characteristics of each ear, each hand, each eye, etc. Even when mom never used any substances/alcohol in pregnancy. Not sure how big a size difference we are talking about. While it is not impossible that use of substances/alcohol played a role, it may be harmful to dwell on or assume that mom caused it. ...Read more
Can a cold cause your ears to pop and crack when swallowing? Does it mean you have fluid? Does that mean you have an inner ear problem?
Eustacian Tube : The eustacian tube allow you to pressurize the air in the middle ear behind the eardrum (i.e. When flying). This tube opens into the back of the nose. Any swelling in the nose, like a cold, can affect the et, leading to ear pressure change. This does not mean you have fluid in the middle ear- though you may if you can't hear-. It does mean the eusctacian tube is temporarily dysfunctional. ...Read more

See dentist: Hard to tell given the brief history but the problem may be from teeth grinding or clenching at night causing dental crack (if that's what you meant). Your tongue swelling may also be from biting (from teeth grinding or malocculsion). I would recommend that you consult a dentist first. If the above conditions have been ruled out, see an allergist to evaluate the tongue swelling. ...Read more

Young: At 19 it would be unusual for you to have a serious spinal condition, but it is worth getting checked out.
