I have non-bacterial prostatitis (cpps). Is it good for me to do intense cardio exercises like "insanity" or "p90x" ?
I have tan coloured stools sometimes big stools sometimes not I have constant reflux Is there a connection I also have freqent urination at night cpps?

Probably won't help: The maie chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS) is not an infection and antibiotics don't help. An anantibotic often is tried, because it can be difficult to be sure of the diagnosis; if the problem actually is bacterial prostatitis, antibiotics may help, but usually not.
