Ultrasound, hysterosalpingogram (hsg) for uterine septum, polyps or fibroids. Blood work for abnormal antibodies, blood clotting disorders, hormonal issues. Sperm test. Chromosome tests, maybe. May affect embryo implantation, which affects getting pregnant not staying pregnant. Auto-immune antibodies (antiphospholipid antibodies or apa) are more common in women with endometriosis even with no losses. Apa cause some cases of recurrent miscarriage. Surgery for uterine septum, polyps or fibroids. Treat thyroid or prolactin hormone issues. Ivf if diminished ovarian reserve. Pgd maybe, definitely if chromosome translocations.
