D/c'd wellbutrin (bupropion) 4 weeks ago while tapering off 40mg celexa (trying to get pregnant) period is 1 wk late and all pregnant tests neg. Cycle always 28 days. Could my late period be r/t stopping those meds?
I'm taking 300 mg of lamictal and 40 mg of celexa (citalopram) & may be pregnant. Scared baby will have deformities and problems! What should I do?!
Therapy, poss. meds: It's generally best to avoid all meds when pregnant. So psychotherapy is the 1st choice for depression or anxiety. But it's better to take antidepressants, usually ssris like celexa, (citalopram) than to stay clinically depressed while pregnant.
