Do U have LB Pain as: well, as your statement seems incomplete? I feel you should do stretching exercises strengthening exercises of your back and Hip muscles. Other Causes: A venous ultrasound is the gold standard for the diagnosis of DVT from the level of the groin to the upper ankle. If this is negative then you most likely do not have DVT.
