I have occasional burning sensation upper back. Combined with right abdominal gnawing .Also up back pain shoulder pain. My gallbladder is 9%?

Might have: Biliary dyskinesia where the gallbladder functions poorly. Are your symptoms related to eating or is it just a random occurrence? Review your tests with the doctor who ordered them to see if you should have a referral to a gastroenterologist or if a referral to a general surgeon is indicated. If there is true biliary dyskinesia, some patients find relief with gallbladder surgery (but not everyone). ...Read more

Intense upper R abdominal+lwr R abdominal pain+lwr R back pain.Burning sensation,tearing pain.Nausea. Vomiting.Constipation.decreased appetite. Help?

Go see your doctor: First of all, if you're having symptoms that intense, you need to be examined by a doctor in person rather than having us guess online. It could be signs of a kidney infection, pancreatitis, problems with your liver or gallbladder, or even ectopic pregnancy. back pain (severity: severe) (side: left) , burning sensation and painful skin when touched. pain when pushing on the area.3 days now not better?

Need to be examined: It's difficult to answer this question without knowing more. Having the feeling on touching the skin is encouraging that it is not likely an internal problem. Common possibilities include shingles, which hurts a few days before a rash shows up, pinched nerve, injury, or kidney problems. It would be best to see a doctor if this continues. ...Read more

Globus hystericus. Belly bloating, burning sensation, gurgling noises. Pinching feeling at sides and on the sides of the bellybutton. Lower back ache?

Could it be stress?: When taken together, globus sensation ("feeling of a lump"), air swallowing with resulting belching, & dry mouth/ throat are most consistent with stress/anxiety. So can be your "gurgling noises & pinching (poorly localized as described)." Managing your stress (& reasons for same) may be your key to relief. To be sure however get evaluated to rule out organic or motility disorders here. ...Read more

Burning pain in my low abdomen...with low back pain...not sever though...no other symptoms. Everything else normal ?

Burning pain in my low abdomen...with low back pain...not sever though...no other symptoms. Everything else normal ?

Needs formal eval: Burning type pain can mean nerves being directly effected. Combining low back and abdominal distribution can mean a problem in the "retroperitoneal" area (behind the bowel, where the kidneys are). Some concerning problems can be there. So, you need formal evaluation of this. How long have you had it? This will make a difference to the doctor during your evaluation. ...Read more
