Headaches: Hello, it sounds like your activities and exposures to the fumes and chemicals you are working with are triggering your headaches. Try wearing a respirator, vent the fumes out of the home and minimize your exposures. Saline nasal washes after your exposures may help remove these irritating chemicals before they cause more headaches.

I have an allergy to paint fumes I have had a headache for a week now how can I get rid of this headache?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen: Reducing further exposure paint fumes will help to relieve the headache. Hopefully you are not a professional painter. It is not necessarily due to allergies; it could be a irritant reaction; the best way is to reduce exposure.

Please let your: Parents know. This type of activity should only be done in a well ventilated space. Please ensure you are in fresh air now. To have paint in your ears with your symptoms - it suggests that you may have taken in a fair amount. I am not an expert on this specific issue but if you were my child - I would seek medical assessment for your on-going symptoms. Take care.

Lillies giving me a headache, what could be wrong?

Allergic Rhinitis: Hi! It is possible that certain scents, and certainly certain plant pollens can cause or worsen allergic rhinitis. Runny nose, facial pain, headache, and sneezing are some of the symptoms. It is also possible for certain scents to trigger migraines. The best thing is to avoid lilies, if you can't discuss with your doctor. Take care, dr. H.
