I have what feels like a rough mass around my vas deferens of my left testical. I have noticed slight discomfrt from yesterday. Could it be cancerous?

Get evaluated.: To be reassuring, what you are describing sounds like an epididymal cyst, a very common, benign, and non-cancerous condition. Masses outside of the testicle itself are rarely malignant. However, i recommend you get an exam to make sure it is not something that may warrant a testicular ultrasound. I applaud your use of testicular self examinations. Continue them to see if you notice any changes. ...Read more

Could a prostate infection be causing pain in my little toe when I have an erection?

Possibly; see doctor: One who gets pain at a little toe, while having a prostate infection and an erection, has an intriguing symptom, since the toe is about 3 feet from the prostate. However, nerves that come out of the sacrum (the bottom of the lower back) travel to the prostate, travel to the little toes, and also cause erections. The person may be getting "referred pain" to the toe. A neurologist can figure it out. ...Read more

Can tight bladder neck cause right testicle pain? Been so sore

Yes indeed: Internal pelvic pain, originating in the bladder, prostate, etc is a kind of "visceral" pain -- the same kind that occurs with intestinal or other problems inside the abdomen. Such pain is always quite diffuse and can be perceived in places quite far from the origin. Also, pain can radiate to areas served by the same nerves. Prostate and bladder pain often radiate to the testicles. ...Read more
