Sounds like you're: dealing with a newborn and maybe have some physical sx's that an MD should evaluate. Also sounds like you're getting run down. Any help with baby duties? What happens when you have some down time? Or, is that out of the question? Do you have a partner? Can you express milk and have the partner administer and you rest? How's your nutrition? Difficulty falling: asleep is often associated w/anxiety while waking up early and not returning to sleep is associated w/depression. Periodic waking is associated w/overall light sleep. Please see you doc who may order a sleep study. A psychologist can help w/stress management. Peace and good health. Stop all stimulants after noon.
