Could Lump By Collarbone Be Lymphoma
For months, I’ve had a worsening feeling of a lump or construction in my rt neck above collarbone; worst when lying down. Recent Thyroid US was clear. I’m concerned about possible Lymphoma or other conditions involving the Supraclavicular node.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.

Many things: Infection, cyst, benign tumor, bruise/bleed; most lumps are not cancer, but masses that are cancer in general continue to grow with time. If you are over 40, I would recommend you should be having annual mammography, regardless of whether you have an infraclavicular mass. Probably cyst: Small movable lumps are more likely benign cysts and not lymphoma. However there is no way to tell this without exam.
