I get terrible barometric pressure headaches. Don't have allergies or get stuffy or runny nose. Would balloon sinus procedure help sinus pain/pressure?
I had a balloon test occlusion done wihout conscious sedation. Should I still have a bad headache. I had it done 2 days ago?
Depends: It really depends on why you had the balloon occlusion test and if you had these headaches before the test. The test is diagnostic, not therapeutic (doesn't treat the cause of the headache). If this is a new headache or the severity of the headache is great, then definitely let your neurosurgeon / neurologist know. ...Read more

Hi, I've sucked 5 helium balloons and now I'm coughing and it hurts my throat I also hav a mild headache and a pain in my lower abdominal?
Then stop: Inhaling helium displaces oxygen in your lungs and can cause a relative lack of oxygen to your brain (possibly causing the headache). I also assume you weren't sucking down "medical grade" helium and there may have been some contaminants in the helium balloons giving you a pneumonitis and brochospasm. If it continues then get medical attention ASAP. ...Read more

Sounds like migraine:

What causes me to get sick from burn off of charcoal burning grills I can't eat the food without getting sick, headaches, stomach aches, weak eyes puff, dizzy, weak. This can last several days (4 to 6). No matter what food it is. Gas grills or wood burning
You may be reacting to any one of a number of things. Charcoal grills produce poisonous carbon monoxide gas, so you need to use it in a well ventilated area. When meats are cooked on a grill; the fat that drips below onto the charcoal & can form polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (pahs). The pah rises with the smoke and becomes absorbed in the meat as well as being inhaled. Heterocyclic amines (hca’s) can form in meat due to the heat released during grilling. Charcoal contains coal dust and limestone which can also become airborne and can be inhaled. Patients who are treated with activated charcoal can have an allergic reaction with hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
I suggest you keep your distance from grills and grilled meats. Stay well. ...Read more
