Not likely: It is not terribly likely, but if there is any concern on your part I would be seen in the emergency room where a simple test can tell if you have a blood clot. It's possible: Usually clots are more likely to appear in one leg or the other, appearing in both legs simultaneously is less common. However, it is possible to have clots in 2 legs at once.
