Uncertain cause: Alleve would be the best thing to take for inflammation since ibuprofen is out. Not sure what ligaments you are referring to. There are none associated with an implant, and any where tooth was extracted should have been removed during the preparation phase for the implant. As you already have reactions around your implants, see a board-certified allergist/immunologist. Patch testing may be helpful and possibly some specialized blood tests for determination of allergy.
