Need an exam: Your symptoms can be due to psychological factors, but may also be due to physical disorder. You need to see your MD for a physical exam. A simple blood test (T3, T4, TSH) can determine if you have a thyroid disorder. Your leg twitch may be due to panic/anxiety, but may be due to electrolyte imbalance (again blood test will tell). Depends: On your underlying cardiac status...If ur young and have no blockages in ur heart, unlikely heart attack- but if ur older and have blockages, maybe, bc too much thyroid hormone makes ur heart work harder than necessary- if heart doesn't get enuf blood/oxygen to do that work, that's a heart attack.
