Avoid another concussion. Avoid bar fights, contact sports and other risky activities. The longer you go between knocks on the head the better. Yes easier for 2nd: The threshold for suffering concussions after a 1st is lower each time. But one shouldn't live their lives in fear after having one if they are careful and take normal precautions. Most blows to the head do not result in concussions. Normal life: You should get back to your normal life. Don't be afraid of regular daily activities (grocery shopping, taking public transportation, reasonable physical activity).
