Not likely: You are probably feeling a swollen lymph node. If you are sick it is related. If you are not and it hasn't gone down you should be checked out. Left lower back pain: Pleurisy unlikely unless coughing,SOB, and have an URTI. Pleural separation is seen in pneumothorax or effusion and would be associated with more breathing issues, short of breath(SOB)- twisting is unlikely to cause it . If concerned can get a chest xray.
