Up right wisdom tooth removed because of cavity/ infection 7days ago. Took augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) for 7 days no use. Now have infect on lower wisdom tooth which is very close to nerve. Seein doc soon. Action plan?
Post op pain: It could be a dry socket or you may just be dealing with some aggressive post operative pain associated with the difficult extraction. A long time!: A cyst, unless removed, will usually continue to grow. Also, an infection that goes untreated may continue to persist.
