Impaction?: It's possible that you have an impaction so hard and stuck up there that even the Fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) did not touch it and therefore the only thing that came back out was the enema itself. Constipation causes: Most cases of constipation are secondary to the diet. I noticed that you also listed that you also had low thyroid output.
