Hi, I was running today and when I finished, my breath had a whistling sound, and after that I was coughing up mucus all night (white/yellow ones).

Bronchitis: It sounds like you may have bronchitis. Make sure you stay well hydrated by drinking lots of water and avoiding caffeine, sugary drinks and alcohol.
