Give it time: It sounds like you have an upper respiratory tract infection. Give it a few days. If you continue to worsen past 4 or 5 days of symptoms, then you may need an antibiotic. Upper Respiratory: All of those are symptoms of an upper respiratory infection. Generally speaking this is viral and is treated with OTC medications for symptoms. Possibilities...: The flu is due to a viral infection and it will run it's course without treatment.
