Coughing Up Bright Red Blood
I started coughing up bright red blood for 6-7- days, then it just stopped. Extra heavy normal looking mucus. But I have had the sniffles for about a month now.
This is a serious situation that demands medical attention. You could be dealing with an infectious process (tuberculosis, bronchitis, pneumonia etc.) on the other hand, you could be dealing with a bleeding ulcer or bleeding vessels in your esophagus. Need more info: What you describe sounds like she is coughing so hard that she has what is called "peticheae" (tiny bleeds into skin) on her forehead.
