Once had severe bronchitis. Coughed up small, white solid things. Now have lung damage. Was that a sign? If not, what was i coughing up?

I have a blocked nose and a cough and slightly stiff muscles, I feel well enough to do basic things like watch tv and eat but not much else. However I have now found that I have a small red dot on my arm and am scared of meningitis.
You flunked the quiz: Sounds like you haven't bothered to find out what the symptoms of meningitis are. I fail to see what the red dot has to do with it. Do you have a fever, headache or stiff neck?
